What qualifies you for the role of Senior Sales Manager and Facilitator at Gustav Kaeser International? We could work together if:

  • you're a true Sales Hunter person who enjoys selling
  • you have minimum 10 years of sales experience with proven track of record both on Western and Middle East market
  • you speak English fluently, while Arabic language would be an advantage
  • you hold university degree from reputable western university
  • your customer praise you for your ability to generate added Value for their business and for their people
  • you're seen as Influencer and Trusted Advisor by your clients, with excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • you're able to identify a new business opportunity with your client and turn it to commercial success for both parties
  • you can show enthusiasm, passion and energy as a sales person every day
  • you're above 35 years of age and resident of the UAE
  • you have a reach personal network in UAE as well in the rest of GCC that will support you growing your business successfully

In your role as a Senior Sales Manager and Facilitator, you will be:

  • holding end-to-end responsibility for your own sales results
  • leading workshops, coaching or training sessions with domestic and international companies in GCC
  • organising your work days on your own and under minimum supervision required (if at all)
  • investing at least 1 month per year for further personal development/ education within company
  • respecting and adhere high Gustav Kaeser quality standards

To be successful in your role you will ideally need:

  • impressive sales record - preferably at board level
  • several years of successful experience in line management
  • ability and willingness to go an extra mile or two for your customer
  • a passion for personal development (for yourself and others)
  • ability to convince and inspire people
  • excellent presentation skills
  • strong written and verbal communication
  • willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
