This training builds up on the gustavkäser Management basic training. The participants deepen their previous learnings to further develop their skills and increase their influence.
Content
Leadership competence
- The manager as "reformer" and team-oriented motivator
- Elaboration of strategies to convince for different leadership situations
Social competence
- Analysis of the participants regarding their personal strengths and weaknesses. Feedback on their effect on others (self-perception and perception by others)
- Elaboration of starting points and strategies to recognise personality type in others and to adapt oneself accordingly in an optimum way
- Strategies to convince in negotiations, presentations and moderations
- Learning about one's own behavioural preferences in an experience-oriented and playful way
Methodical competence
- Gaining an overview in complex problem and decision situations
- Methodical proceeding in negotiations, presentations and meetings
- Applying creativity techniques in a practice-oriented way
- Aspects of perception and decision making
Didactics
- Practice-oriented intensive training
- Exercises, role plays, to cover the above-mentioned content
- Analysis and coaching on current practical situations
- Transfer from theory into practice by setting objectives and participants' practice reports
